When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. FaceSun reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, at our sole discretion. Your order will not be accepted until FaceSun confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before accepting your order. You should review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as FaceSun may not be able to accommodate a cancellation request after an order has been accepted. If we are unable to accept, need to change, or cancel an order, we will try to notify you by contacting the email, billing address or phone number you provided when the order was placed.
You may return or exchange your purchase only in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchase is for personal or household use and not for resale or commercial export.

SECTION 4 - PRICING AND BILLING

We are not responsible for any delay in shipping or delivery. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs procedures or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

You may not use such trademarks without the prior written permission of FaceSun. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

You may be given access to third-party tools as part of the Services, which we do not monitor and over which we have no control.
